Pueblo police arrested another suspect Tuesday in the murder of Brian Swartz.
Swartz's body was found earlier this month in a shallow grave in western Pueblo county. His common-law wife and two others were arrested last week, accused of conspiring to kill Swartz by bludgeoning him to death in his bed.
Over the weekend, police arrested a 4th suspect, accused of trying to help the suspects open a gun safe that belonged to the victim.
Perry Lohnes' arrest, the 5th in this case, came Tuesday. The 24-year-old is accused of helping the other suspects dispose of Brian Swartz's body. Lohnes is the common-law husband of one of the suspects, Priscilla Mitchell.
Priscilla Mitchell is the sister of another suspect, Sonia Mitchell, who was the common-law wife of Swartz. Pueblo police say they believe domestic violence might have been the motive in this case.
