Two people are safe after an alleged kidnapping attempt Friday night in Colorado Springs.

Police say they now have probable cause to arrest three suspects for first-degree kidnapping. Police have identified two of the suspects as 42-year-old Timothy Vigil and 39-year-old Suzanne Capretz.

Officers know the third suspect is a male, but do not have a good description of him.

Police have not released many details about the alleged attempted kidnapping, other than it occurred on the 300 block of S. 18th St. and one of the victims sustained non-life threatening injuries.

Vigil is described as a white male, 6-foot-2 and 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Capretz is a white female, described as 5-foot-8 and 170 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes. Both suspects are considered armed and dangerous.

If you have any information on their whereabouts, you are asked to call police right away.
