Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:
Two people were robbed at gunpoint behind a grocery store near Austin Bluffs Parkway and Academy Boulevard early Saturday morning.
The victims told police that a man approached the two near the King Soopers at 3621 Austin Bluffs Pkwy, pointed a handgun at them and robbed them.
The suspect is described at a black man, standing 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-9 with a thin build. He wore a black hoodie and a black mask.
Colorado Springs police tell 11 News that this robbery is not related to the robberies of the Diamond Shamrock stores that took place late Friday night into early Saturday morning.
If you have any information on this crime, you are asked to call police at 444-7000 or Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP.
