Springs Police have arrested a Colorado Springs man in connection with an armed robbery.

Police say the robbery happened at The Academy Hotel on North Academy Tuesday night. With the help of surveillance video police arrested the suspect, 31-year-old Jaron Bradford.

Police say the suspect walked up to the front desk, showed a gun and demanded cash. The entire robbery was caught on tape.

The investigation is ongoing and police are trying to figure out if this same man may be responsible for another robbery Tuesday night.

He's 31...definetly robbed a hotel and possibly some place else? MAKE..AN..EXAMPLE..OUT..OF..HIM!! Please, please don't let him go with some b.s. 5 year sentenced reduced to nothing. It's only going to promote more of this kind of activity. I imagine these criminals go into a situation saying, "yeah, I might get caught, but I'll only do like 24 months." Scare these criminals by giving harsher sentences. Especially in a time when our police force is under-manned/under-payed, and our community watch isn't pulling our weight.
