The Tuesday Morning Store in Colorado Springs was robbed at gunpoint Wednesday afternoon. Springs Police say it happened around 2:30 p.m.
The store's located at 4380 Austin Bluffs Parkway, near the intersection of Barnes Rd. and Austin Bluffs.
Springs Police say a male suspect, armed with a black semi-automatic handgun entered the store wearing a black face mask and black clothing.
Authorities report the suspect took two cash register trays and walked out of the store, turning North up toward the Arc Thrift Store.
It is believed that he then got into an unknown vehicle in this parking area and drove out of the area before officers arrived on scene.
The suspect is described as a white male, 5-6 to 5-8, with a thin build.
Police believe this could be the second robbery by the same suspect, in the area of Academy and Austin Bluffs Parkway, in the past few days.
