A 26 year old man is in critical but stable condition at Memorial Hospital after being stabbed multiple times in the chest and abdomen.
Colorado Springs Police say it happened just before 3 p.m. on Friday in the parking lot of Murray Hills Apartments on Galley Rd. in Colorado Springs.
Police identified the victim as 26 year old Charlie Griffin. Authorities say Griffin was reportedly involved in a traffic altercation with another man and that argument ended in the apartment parking lot, with the suspect stabbing the Griffin.
When Police arrived, they rushed Griffin to Memorial Hospital where he underwent emergency surgery.
The suspect is allegedly described as a black male, approximately 27 years of age, 5-8, 190 pounds, bald head. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. The suspect also reportedly may be driving a black or red Chevrolet Tahoe type vehicle.
