Colorado Springs police are investigating a shots fired call in the area of Circle and Lake in Colorado Springs. The search for the suspects has now been scaled back.

Police say the call came from the Fazoli's Restaurant at 1790 E Cheyenne Mountain Blvd in Colorado Springs around 3:30 p.m.

Police say the suspect jumped out of a black pick-up and fired shots at a green pick-up with two Hispanic men inside. Police say they do not believe anyone was hit by those shots.

Troy Nastos is the husband of the GM at Fazolis. He was outside painting a rail at the restaurant when he heard the gunshot. "It's different times out here I guess. You shouldn't have to sit outside or drive around and worry about this, you shouldn't have to," said Nastos.

There's no description at this time of the shooter but police are searching for that black pick-up truck. If you know anything about this crime, call Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP.

Uh, hello! Circle becomes Lake-they're the same street once you cross Venetucci. Please look at a map.
