Ford is recalling thousands of vehicles for potential steering issues.
The company says it is recalling 370,000 Crown Victoria, Mercury Grand Marquis and Lincoln Town Cars because of possible rust on the steering shafts. There are concerns that if there is corrosion on the steering shaft, the driver could experience a loss of steering.
The majority of the vehicles are being recalled in the U.S., but about 15,000 in Canada are included in the recall. Twenty-two U.S. states are involved in the recall; Colorado is not listed among them, but all owners are advised to have their vehicles inspected.
So far, no accidents or injuries related to this recall have been reported.
