A Colorado Springs business owner is in more legal trouble. The attorney general is now taking action against Greg Ehnes, the owner of Springs Transmissions and Automotive.

A district judge has approved a temporary restraining order, which means no one at Springs Transmissions can engage in deceptive business practices anymore.

The State Attorney's Office has also filed a complaint against Ehnes and his business for violating the Colorado Consumer Protection Act.

In an 11 Call For Action Investigation, Betty Sexton confronted Ehnes. She asked him why he advertised in magazines that he had an A+ rating when he really had an F. The attorney general is now going after Ehnes for that, as well as for 30 other charges, including car theft and fraud.

Police tell 11 News there could be more than 50 victims in this case.

Ehnes has maintained his innocence, telling 11 News during the police investigation that the allegations against him were completely untrue.

You can count on 11 News to let you know what happens next in developing story.
