Jeb Bush is taking a pass on running for the U-S Senate.

The former Florida governor announced Tuesday that he won't run for the Florida seat in 20-10. The seat is being vacated by retiring Senator Mel Martinez.

Bush gave the idea of running serious consideration after Martinez announced last month he wouldn't seek a second term. But now he says it's not the right time for him to return to elected office.
