The coroner's office says a man stabbed to death outside of a Denver bar after an argument had wounds on his chest and back.

Denver police say the stabbing of 22-year-old Jesse Pejko happened early Thursday morning outside of the Goosetown Bar. Pejko died later at Denver Health Medical Center.

Police have arrested 30-year-old Michael Cecil in connection with the stabbing.
