The Denver Nuggets say they felt like they needed to shake things up and the trade of forward Marcus Camby to the Clippers might not be the end.

Vice president of player personnel Rex Chapman says the team felt like it needed to do something a little radical.

The Nuggets will receive a $10 million trade exception due to the deal. It can be used for up to a year from the day the trade is completed.

Chapman isn't ruling out the possibility of another move before the start of the season. He says the Nuggets aren't satisfied with winning 50 games or making the playoffs -- the goal is to win a championship.

Last season, the Nuggets won 50 games for the first time in 20 years. But the Lakers swept them out of the playoffs.

It was the fifth straight season Denver failed to advance out of the first round.

Next, the Nuggens should get rid of Kenyon Martin and deal him for some scoring.
