A Denver man who wants voters to set up a commission to prepare for visits from space aliens plans says he has a video that proves their existence.

Jeff Peckman has proposed creating an 18-member Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission in Denver. He needs to gather 4,000 signatures to get the issue on November's ballot.

During a required review of the proposal, Peckman said he had seen a video showing four-feet tall, gray aliens. He said he would release it in the coming weeks.

Even if he fails to get the issue on the ballot, Peckman says the effort will still help educate people about the existence of aliens.

His proposal has already gotten a lot of attention, including a radio interview with a talk show in South Africa.
