An Albuquerque man sought in the fatal shooting of his former girlfriend's new boyfriend has been captured in Colorado.

The U.S. Marshals Service says 26-year-old Bradley House Jr. was arrested Wednesday in Denver.

House faces charges including murder in the March 18 killing of 29-year-old Daniel Morris at Morris' Albuquerque home.

House, who is the son of a retired Albuquerque police officer, faces extradition to New Mexico.
