Officials say there are no injuries after a freight train crashed into a train car that had derailed in southwestern Pennsylvania.

That collision caused a pileup of 22 rail cars about 25 miles from Pittsburgh.

Officials say one tanker carrying a paint additive ruptured, but crews contained the spill quickly.

Investigators don't yet know what caused the initial derailment.
