Lightning started a garage on fire in Black Forest that sent a large plume of smoke into the air.

Lightning started a garage on fire in Black Forest that sent a large plume of smoke into the air.

The fire started about 3 p.m. Friday. When crews got there the flames were reportedly about 20 feet high.

Firefighters were able to get the fire under control quickly and stopped it from spreading to any trees or other buildings.

There was no damage to the actual house.

There were no injuries. There's no word on how much damage was caused.
