The court-martial of an Air Force Academy cadet accused of seeking oral sex from two women has begun.

Attorneys made opening statements Wednesday in the court-martial of Anthony Daniels Jr., who is charged with aggravated sexual assault, forcible sodomy and attempted forcible sodomy.

Prosecutors allege Daniels tried to force a female Air Force Academy Preparatory School student's head onto his groin when the two met to do homework in 2009. She escaped when someone opened the door to the room.

Kollman alleges Daniels forced a different woman to perform oral sex in 2011 after she refused his advances. She had consented to oral sex before.

Daniels' defense attorney, Capt. Eric Morley, reminded officers hearing Daniels' case that the accusations must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
