Send Springs Adult Store Robbed

Colorado Springs police are investigating an armed robbery at an adult bookstore early Sunday morning.

According to initial reports, a man, armed with a handgun, held up the clerk of First Amendment on 220 E. Fillmore Street around 1:30 a.m. The robber was last seen leaving the store heading east on Fillmore.

Police searched the neighborhoods around the business, but don’t know if the robber was on foot or had a vehicle waiting for him.
