Person of Interest Detained for Questioning in Death of Lakewood Attorney

Today, Lakewood Police say a 'person of interest' in the death of Claudia Miller has been detained in Idaho.

Warren Dale Watson, 52, was captured Friday in Caldwell, Idaho. At this time, Watson faces no charges.

Lakewood Police will be traveling to Idaho to question Watson about Miller's death.

Miller's body was found by a cleaning crew at her office building earlier this week.

Lakewood police say cleaning staff found the body of 66-year-old Claudia D. Miller on Tuesday night.

Investigators say a man using her credit card is shown on surveillance video taken at a Walmart and a King Soopers grocery store. Police say Miller's black 2012 Honda Accord with Colorado license plate 915-YTU also may have been stolen.
