Man Found Not Guilty Of Accessory To Rape

The first trial is over in the case of a brutal rape where five men were initially arrested.

The jury found Yasir Jasim guilty of false reporting and not guilty of three counts of accessory.

The rape happened last summer in Colorado Springs at one of these apartments.

Police say the victim broke up a fight, then ended up going into the apartment of one of the men.

The woman says the last thing she remembers is drinking what she thought was lemonade.
