Armed Robbery At Joann Fabrics In Colorado Springs

Investigators with Colorado Springs police were dispatched to Joann Fabrics on 3795 Bloomington Street Saturday evening.
Upon arrival, officers found that a black male suspect robbed the cashier at the store, displaying a black handgun.
The suspect was described as about 5-foot-5, thin build, wearing a black coat and pants, black gloves, a scarf, with a gray beanie cap.
The suspect vehicle was described as a black Subaru station wagon.
The investigation is continuing. If you have any information that could help police, call the Police Department at 444-7000 or Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP.
