Two people are facing charges in connection to a prostitution case.
Telicia Jones and Emory Alexander were arrested in Lamar. Police were called out to a domestic dispute in the parking lot of a Love’s Country Store. They say Alexander threw Jones’s possessions out of his semi-truck.
Police say when they interviewed the pair they learned Alexander had paid Jones for a sexual act.
Jones is now charged with prostitution and is in jail on a $500 bond. Among Alexander’s charges are domestic violence and solicitation of sex.
