Meteorologist Branden Borremans
Wednesday, May 23rd

Most of your Wednesday will be windy and warm, though not as hot as yesterday. Highs will be in the 70s and 80s over Teller and El Paso County, upper 80s to low 90s in the Arkansas Valley. If you have plans to attend the Air Force Academy Graduation, the wind will get a bit irritating by late morning. Otherwise, it should go off without a hitch.

As a cold front moves through Southern Colorado later this afternoon, a few t'storms will be possible for areas north of HWY 50. Any t'storm will be capable of one-inch diameter hail and frequent lightning. Isolated showers and t'storms will remain possible north of HWY 50 through about midnight.

Thursday through Memorial Day: Expect at or above normal temperatures with mainly dry weather. Breezy to windy conditions can be expected every afternoon.
