Death Investigation at Local Hotel, Search Ongoing for Suspect

CSPD officers were dispatched to a report of a shooting at the Days Inn, located at 4610 Rusina Rd. around 9 this morning.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a male who had suffered an apparent gunshot wound. Medical personnel transported the male, later identified as Justin Dore, 29 to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Billie Thomas Allen for the charge of manslaughter. Allen is described as a 25 year old white male, 6’4”, 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Allen was last known to be driving a later model white Ford Crew Cab Pick-up (unknown plate). Anyone with information regarding Allen’s whereabouts is asked to contact police immediately as he is considered armed and dangerous.
