A Pueblo man was stabbed two times after getting in a fight with some people inside a car.

Witnesses told police that 26-year-old Zachery Scanlon was standing around yelling at passing cars at the Belmont Shopping Center on the 1100 block of Bonforte. After one of the cars stopped, Scanlon allegedly stuck his head in the window and began assaulting a man inside.

During the assault, Scanlon was stabbed twice. Both wounds were superficial. Scanlon was transported to Parkview Hospital.

The vehicle involved is believed to be a white four-door Pontiac Grand Prix. If anyone has any information regarding this incident you are urged to call Pueblo Crime Stoppers at 542-STOP.

If your information leads to a felony arrest, you could be eligible for a cash reward.
