The second-annual Southern Colorado Tour de Cure is fast approaching. I encourage you to take advantage of riding this spectacular route. I did last year and still think about the amazing views you take in while riding. The course cuts through the Hayman burn area and the new growth that has followed. Pretty neat stuff. You can join the KKTV team or create a new team. Either way, if your an AVID cyclist or just looking for a day of family fun, you won't be disappointed.
Many people will participate in the Tour de Cure for the stimulating competition, camaraderie and physical cycling challenge, but the real reward comes in knowing that every mile we ride/walk/run and every dollar we raise brings us that much closer to stopping this disease that affects nearly 26 million Americans.
