Springs police are looking for two suspects who stole a shotgun from the Walmart near Palmer Park and Powers overnight.

Witnesses say a man and woman went into the Walmart and smashed open the glass case holding guns in the sporting goods section of the store.

Police say the suspects then hopped into a getaway car in the parking lot where two other people were waiting for them. In their hurry to leave the scene they hit a pole twice in the parking lot before heading westbound on Palmer Park into nearby neighborhoods.

Here is who police say they are looking for...

Their main suspect is a 5'7" white man with a thin build in his early 20s. They say he has a buzz cut and looks scruffy.

The woman who was with him is described as white in her late teens and about 5'4".

Police say they can really use help from the public in this case because the getaway car had tape over the license plate.

The car is a silver four door 90's honda.

They are concerned the stolen shotgun will show up again at a future crime. So they really want to get the gun back and put these crooks behind bars.

If you have any information on the crime please call crimestoppers at 634-stop.
