A Second Stand-off Tuesday Night Ends Without An Arrest

Police say they got a call just before 9:00 pm on Tuesday night of a domestic disturbance in the 2900 block of Roche Dr. near Vickers and Union. They have now issued a warrant for the man who barricaded himself in the house with a gun.

Police tell 11 News the man allegedly assaulted a woman in the home and the story was confirmed by the couple's 6-year-old daughter.

During the stand-off, Police were told the man had access to a gun inside of the house. Due to the danger the man could pose to police, or to himself, they decided to get the victims to safety and issue a warrant for his arrest.

He is wanted on charges of third degree assault, harassment, and child abuse.

    So the guy assaulted the woman in front of the 6 year old and they didn't arrest him? Are you serious? Get the woman and kid to safety and take the guy down!
