Storage Shed Fire Under Investigation in Parkmoor Village

Colorado Springs fire crews scrambled in response to a reported wild-land fire in the hills of Parkmoor Village near the Palmer Park area around 7:00 Saturday morning.

Multiple trucks and wild-land crews responded to the area to contain any potential spread of the fire. The fire began to spread to trees and grassy areas around the area. If crews had not gained control of the fire as quickly as they did, the fire would have threatened several homes in the heavily wooded area and the Palmer Park area.

A large storage shed near the Church of All Nations building was destroyed and the cause of the fire is under investigation.

Do you ever proof read your writing, James? Crews found the shed? Was it on fire when they found it? Or did they just locate the shed?

" Parkmoore Village" "PARKMOOR" as in Parkmoor Village or Parkmoor Village Drive does NOT have an "E" on the end of it.
