A late night head-on accident on Commerce Center Drive sends a 17 year old female to the hospital with injuries.

Police say a 17-year-old female was driving North on Commerce Center Drive in her Black Saturn at a high rate of speed and in the wrong lane when another vehicle, silver in color, traveling in the opposite direction hit her head-on.

The female was pulled from her car by fire crews and transported to a local hospital where she was later tested for alcohol consumption over the legal limit. Colorado Springs Police report that the other vehicle was not at fault. The male driver of the second vehicle was transported to a local hospital for observation.

Both vehicles sustained extensive front-end damage.

She HAS been partying ever since. If you know who she is, check out her myspace page. It's an insult.

This girl did not learn a thing from accident she was in last year. Everyone says that once she recovered from that accident, she went right back to partying and driving drunk. I hope this opens her eyes or at least her parents eyes

You would have thought she would have learned after the first accident that drinking and driving is dangerous. She is lucky she didn't die in either accident. Her parents need to be slapped and she needs to get her mind right.
