don't say anything. Denver Guardian Angel Peter Dempsey is trying to establish a Colorado Springs chapter. He says the Angels just exercise their God-given right to stand around and do nothing.
The Angels are getting a mixed reception, though.
Some residents hope the Angels can help ``clean up'' certain
parts of town. But others say their presence implies the city is
