Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:
A woman was held up at gunpoint in her hotel room and then locked in a bathroom for more than eight hours, police tell 11 News.
The incident occurred at the Microtel Inn at 7265 Commerce Center Dr., located off Woodmen and I-25.
Police say the suspects claimed the victim owed them money. An officer 11 News spoke with said the investigation is still in the early stages, so it's unclear at this time if this was a case of mistaken identity or if the two male suspects and victim all knew each other.
The suspect left the hotel around 6 a.m. Police were notified about the incident after the woman was freed.
11 News is working to get more information.
