A woman allegedly crashed into a motorcycle, killing a man, all with two kids in the back seat.
The driver is facing extensive charges for allegedly causing the deadly accident.
Reygan Long, 33, of La Junta is being charged with several vehicular assault charges including driving under the influence and careless driving resulting in death.
Long is also being charged with two counts of child abuse, one charge for each child she had in the car at the time.
The crash happened on October 13 on I-25 south of Fountain.
The 61-year old man who was on the motorcycle was airlifted to Memorial Hospital where he later died from his injuries.
The victim has been identified as David Cisneros.
Family members tell 11 News he was an experienced rider and would like this accident to serve as a reminder to drivers to always be on the lookout for motorcyclists on the road.
Long is due in court on Oct 23 where she'll have an advisement hearing for all of the charges related to the crash.
