Traffic is once again moving smoothly on westbound Highway 24 after a rock slide closed portions of the highway Thursday morning.
At one point, the entire westbound side of the highway was closed.
State Patrol first received the call around 5:38 a.m. about rocks blocking all of the westbound right lane and portions of the left lane about a mile outside of Cascade.
Crews from CDOT and State Patrol were able to get the area cleared a little after 8 a.m.
