Victims Robbed At Gunpoint In Own Home

Police say a man turned on his companions and robbed them at gunpoint inside their own home.

The robbery happened Tuesday night on the 1400 block of Alvarado Drive in Colorado Springs.

Authorities say the suspect went into an apartment with the tenants, then suddenly pulled out a gun and robbed them. He got away from the area before officers arrived and has not been located.

The suspect is described as a 25-year-old black man, about 165 pounds. He was reportedly carrying a semi-automatic handgun.

Police have not elaborated on the nature of the relationship between victims and suspect.
