A stolen car and an undisclosed amount of cash were recovered after a chase in Lamar Friday.
Police noticed a suspicious vehicle and began a pursuit. The car chase turned into a foot chase before the two suspects involved were taken into custody.
The money is thought to be from a bank robbery in McClave, which is in Bent County. The recovered car was reportedly stolen out of Pueblo.
FBI is en route to question the suspects, who are being considered person of interest in the bank robbery at this time. We are staying in contact with authorities and will provide more information as it becomes available.
