Fire crews quickly put out two grass fires along I-25 near Uintah in Colorado Springs late Monday night. The fire department says a train started the small fires.

"It was actually the wheels from the train called the trucks. One of the bearing overheated and was throwing sparks," Colorado Springs fire Department Battalion Chief Troy Branhan said.

At least two other trains had to be stopped and rerouted while fire crews dealt with the fires and overheated bearing on the train.
