A theft victim was browsing through Craigslist when he saw an ad for two blowers matching the description of the two that had been stolen from him a week earlier.

The victim contacted the seller and offered to buy them. After securing a meeting at a 7-Eleven on East Pikes Peak, the victim called Springs police.

Monday night, officers accompanied the victim to the meeting place. The "sellers" were there, carrying the blowers with them inside a vehicle. Police contacted the suspects, and the victim confirmed that the blowers were the ones that had been stolen from him. The two suspects were taken into custody.

Police say in addition to the stolen blowers, they also recovered a small amount of meth and other drug-related items from the vehicle.

The suspects' names have not been released at this time due to the ongoing investigation.
