Attorneys in the Colorado theater shooting case are headed back to court to talk about testimony at James Holmes' trial next year.
They're set to argue both Thursday and Friday about whether jurors should hear from computer experts about Holmes' electronic equipment.
Jury selection is scheduled to start in February.
In an order released Wednesday, the judge in the case said it could take up to three months to pick a jury and up to five months to conduct the trial.
Holmes is accused of killing 12 people and injuring 70 when he opened fire on a packed movie theater in the Denver suburb of Aurora in July 2012.
He is charged with more than 160 counts of murder and attempted murder, and pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.
