We want to let you know about a temporary closing of a government office here in the Springs.
Drivers license service will be unavailable at the Southeast Powers Boulevard location.
The El Paso County Clerk and Recorder says a car accident has damaged one of the telecommunications lines that supports the services.
It's the branch located at the corner of Powers Boulevard and Airport Road.
They don't know when it will be fixed, but if you need to renew your driver's license, you can go to the main office located at 1675 West Garden of the Gods.
