No charges were filed against a homeowner who shot and killed an alleged intruder.
The homeowner told deputies he shot and killed a man who was breaking into the home.
Sheriff's deputies were called just after 4 a.m. Saturday June 7, 2014.
At first the death was investigated as a homicide, and the homeowner was questioned by detectives. He was later released and no charges were filed.
The two reportedly knew each other, but it is not clear what their relationship was.
The incident happened in the Sherwood Forest subdivision.
