Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:
We have found out today, that a man accused of killing his girlfriend's 14-year-old sister, is being charged with first degree murder and five counts of sexual assault.
Police in Commerce City say 24 year-old Esequiel Padilla-Villalobos told them his girlfriend asked him to pick up her younger sister Sunday night and he had “thoughts of killing her” while he was driving.
Police documents say he took Gaby Acosta to some horse sheds where he worked and tried to strangle her, then stabbed her to death.
Police say he called 911 just before midnight and said he wanted to turn himself in.
Federal immigration officials have asked that he be held without bond.
