A teenager was killed in Pueblo Saturday morning after being ejected in a rollover crash.
A second teen, an 18-year-old male, sustained minor injuries, including cuts on his head.
Pueblo police say a Chevy S-10 Blazer was speeding north on Hooper and rolled while turning onto West 22nd at 6:39 a.m Saturday morning. The crash occurred right outside Irving Elementary School. No other vehicles were involved.
The deceased, a 19-year-old male, survived long enough to be transported to Parkview Hospital, where he later died. Police have not said if either victim was wearing a seat belt.
That teenager was identified Saturday night as Andrew Montez Jr.
Police believe speed was a factor in the crash, but have not determined whether or not drugs and/or alcohol were involved.
