Two suspects in a robbery and assault have been arrested.

Dominique Hagens and Jasmin Stokes, both of Colorado Springs, were arrested after a traffic stop in Woodland Park on Wednesday.

Police say the suspects met a guest at a hotel in Cripple Creek. When they went to his room, police say the suspects assaulted the man and demanded his money.

The struggle spilled out into a hallway at the hotel, where the suspects reportedly threatened to get out a gun. Then the suspects ran away. They were spotted Wednesday afternoon in Woodland Park and arrested.

The victim was treated for his injuries at an urgent care center in Pueblo.
