A suspected looter has been arrested in Larimer County in northern Colorado.
Ethan Lamm of Loveland was first seen Saturday in an area closed because of the floods.
Deputies say after Ramm was questioned he assaulted an investigator- and jumped in a river to get away.
He was arrested again in that same area five days later.
Police are trying to figure out if he was stealing from the homes of evacuees.
Ramm posted a $7,500 bond. His first court date is set for next Thursday.
