Per usual, the weather is changing by the city block this morning. Strong gusts in one neighborhood, but not the next just down the road. At any rate, wind gusts over 55 mph will be possible early this morning. Minor property damage and power outages will be possible, where the higher gusts occur. The western half of El Paso County, including Colorado Springs will be impacted. While the entire day be a bit windy, the strongest gusts will occur prior to 8am.
