People in many parts of southern Colorado had a mess to clean up Monday after strong winds ripped through the area overnight.
There were reports of everything from trees to fences being knocked down, to one person who says the wind knocked the window of their car into the vehicle while they were driving down I-25.
The wind calmed down a little bit Monday afternoon, but speeds were still 20 to 40 miles an hour. There was also a red flag warning in much of southern Colorado.
