Street lights are back on along four major streets in Colorado Springs- Dublin, Austin Bluffs, Union, and Fillmore.
3500 lights will be turned back on by mid-November.

The city says savings from not filling some city jobs will pay for the extra $100,000 a year it'll cost to keep these lights on.
