Stabbing Suspect Still At Large

A stabbing suspect remains on the loose while the victim recovers from his wounds.

Police say the 27-year-old victim was stabbed in the chest early Wednesday morning, and also suffered an undisclosed injury to his face. His injuries were serious but non-life threatening.

The incident happened around 12:40 a.m. on the 4200 block of Crowells Mill Square, near Airport and Murray in Colorado Springs. Police used a CSPD K-9 unit to search the area for the suspect, but were unable to locate him.

The suspect has been described as a 6-foot-tall Hispanic male with dark hair. If you have any information that could help police, call CSPD at 444-7000 or Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP.
