Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:
Springs Police say the same man may be responsible for a pair of armed robberies yesterday.
The latest hold up was at the Citadel Mall at about 10:30 p.m. Two people were walking to their car when the suspect demanded money. They told police that they gave him everything they had. Neither victim was hurt.
Police tell us that same man is suspected of holding up a Springs restaurant earlier Monday night.
It happened at El Ranchito, on Monterey near South Circle at about 9:15 p.m.
A man armed with a pistol walked in, stole some cash, and got away on foot.
No one was hurt.
There's not a detailed description of the suspect available. If you saw anything suspicious in that area, please call Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP.
